Australian Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping for orders $59 and above.
For orders under $59, the flat rate shipping fee is $10.
Express Post within Australia is a flat rate of $15.

International Shipping 
We ship to selected countries outside Australia.
International shipping costs vary based on destination and weight and will be shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7–14 business days.
Tracking is provided for all international shipments.

Customs and Import Fees
Some countries may charge import taxes, duties or handling fees when your order arrives.
These fees are set by your local government and are not included in our shipping charges.
Honest Glow Co. is not responsible for these additional costs.

Processing and Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
You will receive email updates and a tracking number once your order has shipped.
If you use the Australia Post App, your tracking will sync automatically using the same email used at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery within Australia takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your state.
Express delivery takes approximately 1–4 business days.
International delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods or holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Track your parcel through the Australia Post website or the Australia Post App using your tracking number.
You can view real time updates, safe drop options and redirection preferences in the app.

Incorrect Address
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or replace the parcel.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbours or your local post office.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact Australia Post with your tracking number.
