What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email (and SMS if selected) from Australia Post with your tracking link. You can also view your order status anytime through your account under “Order History.”

Can I change my order?
If your order has not been processed for shipping, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us immediately through the Contact Us form. Once your order has begun processing, we’re unable to make any adjustments.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions. The item must be purchased from our website, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us form and our support team will assist you as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is final. We begin processing your order immediately to ensure fast and efficient dispatch, so cancellations cannot be made after checkout. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has started.

How do I track the progress of an order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an Text notification from Australia Post with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to update your delivery address. Please contact us immediately. Once your order is dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes.
