  • International: They ship to selected countries outside Australia. Cost depends on destination and weight and is shown at checkout.
  • Processing time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed once shipped.
  • Delivery times: Standard Australia delivery is about 3–7 business days; Express is about 1–4 business days; International is about 7–14 business days.
  • Customs/import fees: For international orders, any import taxes, duties, or handling fees are charged by the destination country and are not included in shipping charges.
